EPFO Latest News 2023: अगर आप नौकरी करते हैं तो यह खबर आपके लिए काफी रोमांचक हो सकती है। नौकरीपेशा लोगों के लिए अब बड़ी पेंशन पाने का अवसर उपलब्ध है। सरकारी कर्मचारियों की पेंशन सुविधा के प्रभारी संगठन EPFO के मुताबिक प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। कर्मचारी और नियोक्ता दोनों इस दृष्टिकोण के माध्यम से बड़ी पेंशन प्राप्त करने में सक्षम होंगे। कर्मचारी पेंशन योजना 2014 को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस साल की शुरुआत में बरकरार रखा था।

EPFO ने साल 2014 में किया था संशोधन
EPFO Latest News 2023: बताको बता दें कि EPFO ने 2014 में इसमें बदलाव किया था। इसके बाद पेंशन आय रुपये से बढ़ा दी गई थी। 6500 से 1500 हर महीने, ग्राहक के वेतन से 8.33 प्रतिशत के योगदान के साथ। साथ ही ईपीएफओ ने एक कार्यालय आदेश में फील्ड अधिकारियों के लिए संयुक्त फॉर्म का विकल्प प्रदान किया है। लेकर ईपीएफओ ने कहा कि बहुत जल्द आपूर्ति की जाने वाली सुविधा का URL भी बता दिया जाएगा। इस सुविधा के चालू होते ही क्षेत्रीय PF आयोग को सूचित कर दिया जाएगा।

EPFO Latest News 2023: आपको बता दें कि सभी आवेदनों को सूचीबद्ध किया जाएगा। रसीद संख्या प्राप्त करने के अलावा, प्रत्येक आवेदन को डिजिटल रूप से दर्ज किया जाएगा। यह भी कहा गया है कि निकटतम EPFO कार्यालय का प्रभारी कार्यालय उच्च पेंशन के लिए सभी संयुक्त ऑप्शन मामलों को देखेगा। आवेदक को email और SMS के माध्यम से रिज़ल्ट की सूचना दी जाएगी।
एप्लीकेंट कर सकते हैं कंप्लेन
आवेदक द्वारा संयुक्त विकल्प फॉर्म जमा करने और आवश्यक योगदान का भुगतान करने के बाद, IGMS पर कोई भी शिकायत दर्ज की जा सकती है। आदेश के अनुसार, ये निर्देश सुप्रीम कोर्ट के 4 नवंबर, 2022 के आदेश के अनुसार जारी किए जा रहे हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुसार, EPFO ने अपने फील्ड कार्यालयों के योग्य ग्राहकों को उच्च पेंशन विकल्प प्रदान करने के लिए कहा है।

The eps pensioners who had nor opted for higher pension are ignored and no chance to opt for higher pension to pre 2014 retirees us given. They are being asked to produce proof that they had opted n contributed for higher pension. As a result of non acceptance of option from pre r2014 retirees they have gone to court.
If this is false as to why EPFO labour department is nor clearly saying that each n every employee can get higher pension by opting n contributing their n employer share with interest if not opted earlier. This is intentially being concealed.Joint option of pre 2014 retirees is not being accepted by EPFO labour department taking a plea that they had neither opted nor contributed towards higher pension so they are not eligible. Why on line options are to be sent why an eps pensioner can send his application by post or physically can give in EPFO office or can send through his office from where he had retired.
Complications are created just to reject a claim. In case Epfo department is nor playing any game they should issue clear cut instructions that an eps pensioner can opt for higher pension whenever he wants to opt but in that he and his employer should opt jointly n pay their share with interest if any so as to become eligible to get higher pension on wages drawn above the ceiling fixed.
